Whats the best way to get help moving a heavy object up a flight of stairs?
My next door neighbour has complained about the noise and vibration of my new treadmill, and has asked that I move it into the loft room. I’m happy to do this, but its quite heavy (87kg) and awkward and I would need help. I was thinking that I would call a removalist company to do it, but then realised that I’d be paying for the van as well (which I dont need), and most companies have a minimum of 2 hours per job. This should only take 10 mins. Who should I call to organise this? Labourers? Man with a van? Thanks in advance for all suggestions

As it is your neighbour that is complaining, get them to help you. Otherwise let them put up with the noise.
